No matter how hard you try, you can’t show up in your life the way you imagine and intend to. You fantasize about your ideal life, but unhealthy patterns keep you from showing up for yourself and those you care about in ways that don’t align with your values. It’s difficult for you to be present, which causes disruption in all areas of your life and increases your anxiety. You feel ashamed of your reaction to stress, which makes you feel lonely and disconnected. You know you need to prioritize yourself and set boundaries, but you’re fearful that this might cause another disruption, which is just too overwhelming. The hopelessness leaves you oscillating between depression and anxiety. You’re tired of feeling lost, and you’re ready to honor yourself, existing in a new way that embraces your wholeness and unique strengths.

Although it might feel like you’re fighting against yourself, the truth is that the answers for creating your ideal life are within you. The reality is that everything you have been exposed to is uniquely documented within your body. On top of that, your body has developed unique ways of taking care of you. This might not be the way you want to respond here and now, but honoring your body’s wisdom will give you the clarity to move forward in the present in a new way.

I have a strong passion for working adult women struggling to find themselves. My areas of expertise include childhood and relationship trauma, adult ADHD, motherhood and ADHD, parenting challenges, and perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression. I use an integrative approach, tailoring to your unique experience and therapeutic goals through evidence-based interventions and holistic techniques.

As a survivor of severe, complex childhood trauma, I have learned that healing is never black and white. The process is unique to everyone. Each stage of life unveils something new to discover. Learning how to stay curious about yourself will allow you to honor where you are in life and, ultimately, build strategies to become your own best friend.
