We all experience trauma in our lives, and sometimes severe life stressors leave us feeling stuck. As an ally, teacher, and therapist, I am here to collaborate with you to go from surviving to thriving. I understand that healing is dynamic and provide a mind-body-spirit approach to healing trauma. Therapy is an opportunity to honor our experience and become friends with ourselves. My office is an accepting and non-judgmental environment welcoming to those of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
Elizabeth received her Clinical Social Work degree and Specialist in Aging certificate from the University of Michigan. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience in working with individuals and families. Elizabeth provides EMDR therapy, IFS, and somatic therapies. She is currently getting certified in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. She offers a humanistic and holistic approach to person-centered therapy, incorporating mindfulness meditation and art healing.
