I’m here to support you in developing new ways of being so past experiences no longer hold you back. If you are curious, ready to explore, and prepared to embrace your unique needs and tools, I am ready to support you on your path of transformation, self-discovery, and healing. 

Together, we will get curious to discover the best path toward freedom from tension and stress. We will create a safe space for self-discovery and growth by fostering hope and self-compassion through mindfulness and meditative practices. I will guide and support you through utilizing your natural abilities with a holistic and humanistic approach that honors your values. We will also process any overwhelming experiences through EMDR therapy so your past is no longer holding you back. Everyone has the potential for growth and healing within themselves, and we will collaborate on clearing any blockages so you can show up authentically.

James D’Addario, LLC, CCTP (he/him) completed his Bachelor’s in Game Design from Full Sail University and his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. He works with a holistic, trauma-informed therapeutic space that involves collaboratively developing safety and stability, trauma processing, integration, and post-healing growth. James has received training in EMDR, Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Focused CBT.  He utilizes mindfulness, somatic therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and humanistic approaches to support reconnecting with yourself.
