Meghan Harman, LLMSW-Clinical, CCTP
Trauma Psychotherapist & Reiki Practitioner
You want to be seen as a good, thoughtful, and caring person, but lately, your overextension has caught up with you. Being everyone’s go-to guide, counselor, and helper has left you drained and overwhelmed. You are desperately not okay, but you can’t tell your loved ones because you don’t want to let anyone down. If everyone else is happy and taken care of, you want to believe you will be okay–but in truth, you’re feeling alone, empty, and completely lost. Your biggest fear in getting help is believing you don’t deserve any better.
When we feel stuck, it’s often because we aren’t nurturing ourselves in the ways we truly need. While it may seem like a distant fantasy at this time, you can feel at ease showing up authentically while having deeply fulfilling relationships. While it might be easier in the moment to bend over backward for others, in the long run, you will feel resentful, burnt out, and disconnected. When you prioritize your needs, you will naturally draw in the people, opportunities, and environments that support your growth and well-being, allowing you to thrive.
I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and navigating the new relationship changes you may face. Oftentimes, we are conditioned to accept the love we think we deserve, and together, we will heal the wounds of the past while transforming the present. Through this journey, I will walk beside you, offering a safe, shame-free, and compassionate space to honor all of you. Like a gardener, as you start to weed the things that no longer serve you, you will simultaneously invite fresh growth to nurture. While change can bring up uncertainty, it can also invite in new beginnings, celebrations, and joy.
My Core Beliefs
You matter, and always have.
Everyone possesses the innate wisdom to heal.
Everyone is deserving of love, compassion and a beautiful life.
