Megan O’Gara, LLMSW, CCTP (she/her) earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Megan specializes in trauma work and utilizes a holistic approach to address challenges such as interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, body positivity, and navigating life transitions. Her therapeutic approach integrates holistic and somatic therapies with mindfulness practices to foster a deep mind-body connection. Megan is also trained in anti-inflammatory lifestyle practices, lovingly offering clients the opportunity to learn, grow, and cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves. She is passionate about empowering individuals to heal from past wounds, reclaim their strength, and create a life of balance and fulfillment.
